Agile behaviours and techniques that project managers can apply to enhance project outcomes. This includes areas such as servant leadership, collaboration, self-organisation, feedback loops, and agile planning.
How to tailor PRINCE2 to suit the project's specific needs and characteristics. It provides guidance on selecting and blending agile techniques and practices based on the project's requirements, complexity, and level of uncertainty.

How you'll be assessed

The PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner exam is 150 minutes long and contains multiple-choice questions designed to test your knowledge of the course material. It is an open-book exam. This means you are allowed to bring reference materials, including the official PRINCE2® Agile guide and other related resources, along with you.

Certification

On successfully passing the PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner exam, you’ll be awarded with your certification. This is a digital certificate.
