To validate your understanding of ITIL® 4 DITS, you must complete a written assessment prior to sitting one 60-minute exam consisting of 30 multiple-choice questions. The exam covers a range of topics related to IT strategy, including digital transformation, IT governance, value creation, and the ITIL® 4 framework. Prior to the examination, you will be provided with a practice exam and questions to prepare and demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of course content.
