With insight sessions, hands-on experience, and valuable industry connections, this programme is designed to equip you with the confidence and skills you need to thrive.

Why Site Management?
Site management offers a career path with growth, variety, and excellent earning potential.
From starting as a Trainee Assistant Site Manager earning up to £30,000, to progressing into senior roles with salaries exceeding £75,000, the possibilities are endless.
Eligibility Criteria
Selection for the Women into Home Building programme is based on the eligibility criteria as follows. Candidates must:
– Be aged 18+
– Have obtained Maths & English GCSE Grade 4/C and above (or equivalent)
– Have proof of Right to work in the UK for at least the next 3 years (not on a student or Graduate visa)
– Hold a valid Licence to drive in the UK & use of a vehicle during the two-week work placement
– Have not previously taken part in the programme within the last two years
– Be able to commit to the programme dates
– Be able to commit to a full-time trainee position (if successful)
