Getting Started
The first step in your career journey with us will be to have a consultation call. An expert career consultant will spend time getting to know you and your career aspirations, and will then be able to work out the best course collection and pathway for you to get to where you want to go.
Once you have been enrolled, your Career Consultant will book your orientation phone call. During this call, a member of our StudentCare™ team will walk through the learning platform with you and guide you on how best to begin your studies. They’ll give you advice on exam readiness and the booking process. They will also discuss setting up regular check-in calls with you, if you wish, and can give pointers on study planning.
If you are unable to keep the original orientation appointment, please contact [email protected], where a member of our StudentCareTM team will be more than happy to re-book the orientation call for a time that suits you.
We use multiple training platforms as we always seek to provide the best training for each specific subject. You will be sent an email within 24 hours of your enrollment detailing the specific login details you’ll need to access your training. Please check your junk or spam email for those emails.
