Hi, my name is Bukky, and I’m from London.
Tell us why you enquired with Learning People.
I came across Learning People while doing some research online. I knew I wanted to pivot into the project management industry, so I looked into different providers. In the end, I chose Learning People because they offered everything I was looking for at the time. I’m very grateful and thankful that I did.
What job were you doing previously, and what are you doing now?
Before, I worked in accounting and finance. I studied accounting and finance at university and was a management accountant. After my transition, I’m now a project coordinator, officially in the project management industry.
Tell us what the career consultation phone call was like for you.
The call with the consultant was great—I was able to ask all the questions I had. The call was very helpful, packed with useful information, and went smoothly.
How much use did you get out of our StudentCare™ team?
The StudentCare™ team was very supportive. They always responded quickly and answered all my questions. They encouraged me to reach out if I needed any additional help, which was very reassuring. One piece of advice that really resonated with me was to just go for it. Switching careers can feel overwhelming, but I was reminded not to overthink it and to work at my own pace.
Tell us about your experience of working with our Career Services team.
The Career Services team made me feel incredibly capable of achieving my professional goals. They helped me revamp my CV and gave me loads of advice and prompts to strengthen it further. Their guidance was invaluable.

The most helpful skills I gained from my Learning People experience were self-discipline, independence, and the ability to prioritize my workload while studying. One thing I loved most about my experience was achieving my certifications—they’re something I’m really proud of.
What advice would you give someone who is thinking about enrolling?
If you’re thinking about enrolling, my advice is to just go for it. Honestly, everything met my expectations, and nothing took me by surprise. It’s a great opportunity to invest in yourself.
Was it worth the investment?
Absolutely. I feel I received great value, and my expectations were definitely met.
