The IASSC® Lean Six Sigma - Certified Yellow Belt is a process improvement programme that combines lean (a collection of techniques to reduce time in providing products or services) and six sigma (a collection of techniques to improve the quality of products and services).
Obtaining this certification demonstrates to employers that you have the foundational knowledge of methods and experience to support improvement projects as part of a team.
