How our Money Back Guarantee works
Our StudentCare team will support you through your studies and once you’ve passed the relevant exams and/or projects, the job hunt begins!
You’ll work with Career Services to complete your career profile, and get expert help completing a winning CV and LinkedIn profile.
You’ll be guided through our carefully designed three stage career-ready program, and when you’re ready, it’s time to start the interview process.
We’re super confident you’ll have a new role within six months of graduating – in fact 97% of our students who complete all three of the Career Services phases enjoy employment success.
Learning People students have gone on to enjoy successful and lucrative careers in roles such as Project Manager, IT Technician, Business Analyst and Cyber Security Manager.
But if all the career-ready steps have been completed and for some reason you’re not in a new role within six months of completing your studies, then the Learning People Money Back Guarantee kicks in and we will refund the initial cost of your training, including exam fees.

- You are 18+ and have the right to work in Australia or New Zealand without sponsorship.
- You’ve completed your Pathway and passed all your exams and/or completed your projects (Career Starter and single certification programs are excluded from the MBG).
- Your fees are fully paid up.
- Your Learning People career profile is complete.
- You’ve provided an up-to-date copy of your CV and your LinkedIn profile is kept updated.
- You’ve completed the three phases of Career Services.
- You’ve attended all interviews or assessment centres arranged within a 60 kilometre radius of your location, and all online interviews.
- You’ve kept on on top of all communication during the recruitment process.
- You’ve not received any job offers within six months of completing your career journey with Learning People.
