Tabatha
Tabatha is a Senior Career Services Consultant based in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Tabatha started out her career working for a recruitment agency, specialising in the Wealth Management and Insurance. She developed a plethora of knowledge in working with candidates and employers as well as researching the market. She then transitioned into the IT sector and grew to love this exciting and fast paced industry.
Since joining the Learning People in 2021, she has placed hundreds of students into their dream roles and continues to do so.
Flo
Flo is a Career Services Consultant based in Brisbane, Australia.
Flo is an experienced IT Recruiter and has effectively recruited a wide variety of IT and Project Management positions, giving her the chance to learn and deeply understand the hard and soft skills that candidates must demonstrate to ensure that they are marketable to organisations.
Flo is passionate about technology, recruitment, and education. Her main objective is to teach students to create a marketable CV and LinkedIn profile and effective interview coaching so that they can secure their dream job.
Mikayla
Mikayla is a Career Services Consultant located in the New Zealand office.
Mikayla has been working in the Career Services department for the past 2 years where she has found her passion in supporting her students throughout all 3 phases of Career Services and seeing her students succeed by landing a role within their chosen industry and has supported and placed hundreds of students to date.
Rachel
Rachel is a Career Services Consultant based in Brisbane, Australia.
Rachel combines her background in business and recruitment to help craft resumes that give her students the best chance of landing interviews. Her previous work with students ranging from CEOs to recent graduates has led to her passion about seeing her students succeed!

Our Career Services team will help equip you with the knowledge needed to tackle the complex job market and boost your employability throughout your studies.
Along with tailored support to guide your job search, you will receive exclusive Career Services eBooks set across 3 phases. These will give insight into the jobs market and offer guidance for how to land your dream role. Each phase will have a series of action points to complete in order to help you progress.

You will have an introductory call with Career Services early on in your journey with us, and they will then work more intensively with you once you pass your first exam or complete your first project.
Career Services provide career coaching, interview training, CV review, research and job application guidance, and act as the connection between education and employment.
We do not directly offer jobs or internships, however, all of our students receive access to our Career Services support, where an expert Career Consultant will assist students in navigating the job market and finding a role that suits them.
Students who complete all three phases of our Career Services programme achieve 97% employment success.
